CONSULTATIVE BODIES TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD
Corporate Social Responsibility Committee - prepares standpoints on regular basis regarding the level of public companies in Bulgaria in the field of corporate social responsibility which will be presented for discussion to the Management Board; prepares suggestions for particular actions and initiatives in the field of corporate social responsibility, as well as for introduction of affirmed good practices in order to be presented to the public companies; regularly prepares analyses regarding new practices in the field of CSR, introduced in the European countries; prepares and regularly updates the Association’s development strategy in the field of CSR.
Corporate Governance Committee - prepares researches and standpoints regarding the level of public companies in Bulgaria in the field of corporate governance, which will be presented for discussion to the Management Board; prepares suggestions and recommendations for undertaking particular actions and initiatives in the field of corporate governance in order to be presented to the corporate management bodies of the public companies; prepares annual analyses regarding the level to which the Bulgarian public companies apply the National Corporate Governance Code; prepares and annually updates the Association’s development strategy in the field of corporate governance.
Committee on the Protection of Investors Rights and Securing Transparency - prepares standpoints on suggestions regarding amendments and supplements to enactments, concerning the measures for protection of shareholders’ rights in the Bulgarian companies; prepares suggestions and recommendations for undertaking particular measures aimed at protection of shareholders’ rights and securing transparency in respect of all groups of stakeholders, in order to be presented to the corporate management bodies of the public companies; prepares annual analyses regarding the level of protection of investors’ rights in the Bulgarian companies and transparency.
