The Official launch of the Bulgarian National Corporate Governance Commission will be held on September 3^rd, 2009 (Thursday) at Radisson Blu Grand hotel, Alexander hall, from 10 am to 13 pm. The aim of this event is to present a permanent body that will monitor and encourage the good corporate governance practices in Bulgaria - National Corporate Governance Commission. This commission will be an independent body established under the patronage of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervision Commission. Members of this Commission are representatives of the capital market associations, employers associations, the stock exchange, as well as regulators, prominent members of the private sector and academic community, with proven reputation, expertise and interest in the field of corporate governance.
