Membership

Members of the Association may be individuals who have been employed as Investor Relations Directors according to the requirements of the Law on Public Offering of Securities and associations having public companies as their members, which accept to defend the professional rights and interests of Investor Relations Directors and adopt the Statute and the Code of Ethics of the Association.

Presently, members of the Association are over 96 Investor Relations Directors of Bulgarian listed companies as the only collective member is the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association. (List of members)

Become a member of our Associaation and join the Bulgarian community of Investor Relation Directors.

Admittance of new members is done by means of a written application, directed to the Management Board of the Association. During its following session, the Board takes its decision. The members of the Association – individuals, pay BGN 70.00 membership fees for 2009.
